Each workflow is designed to reduce administrative work while preserving the training, compliance, billing, and access controls an independent instructor needs.
Bookings through lesson completion
Schedule aircraft, simulators, classrooms, flight and ground lessons, or open availability with pre- and post-flight time. Mark bookings tentative, backup, waitlistable, tradeable, or night, then complete the training record and charges from the same booking.
PTR and progress forecasting
Training hours and exercises feed the PTR automatically, while recent flying pace, cancellations, and future bookings produce a more useful completion forecast.
A faster lesson-completion workflow
Add OOOI or Hobbs times only when needed, record exercises without forcing a numeric score, adjust custom charges, and finish billing, credits, and training notes in clearly separated sections.
Ground training management
Plan sessions, assign a presenter to each required exercise or custom topic, track attendance, and see curriculum coverage before something is missed.
